An Electro-Mag meter was found to be faulty and a replacement meter would take to take 2 months to engineer a replacement solution, so a cost effective and accurate solution was sought. Using existing wiring (24v and 4-20mA), a Portable Ultrasonic Flow meter with C-RS-10-00-0 transducers was fitted and outputs calibrated to ensure signals were being sent back to the Control room accurately. The meter was rented until the electro-mag meter was replaced allowing a seamless continuation of the waste water process. If you have similar requirements why not call to discuss it with us?
