Alba Instrumentation was recently awarded a 3 year contract at Drax Power Station to support the GE Panametrics Ultrasonic flowmeters installed on site.

The Full service contract, that includes two healthcare visits and an onsite repair service, was awarded to Alba in September 2009, A company spokesman for Drax said “We have known Kenny for many years now and feel we can rely on him to provide the best level of support possible for our Flowmeters as well as providing a knowledge base for all of our moisture systems on site.

With over 35 meters in-situe, Alba will be providing cover to ensure that Drax meets its responsibilities to their abstraction and discharge licences from the Environment Agency.
